Future Designer laptop - ROLLTOP
The device of the flexible display allows a new concept in notebook design growing out of the traditional bookformed laptop into unfurling and convolving portable computer.
By virtue of the OLED-Display technology and a multi touch screen the utility of a laptop computer with its weight of a mini-notebook and screen size of 13 inch easily transforms into the graphics tablet, which with its 17-inch flat screen can be also used as a primary monitor.
On top of everything else all computer utilities from power supply through the holding belt to an interactive pen are integrated in Rolltop. This is really an all-in-one gadget.

EPOS-lite makes a restaurant digital
It's about time the whole restaurant menu/payment ritual was streamlined. To the rescue comes EPOS-lite, a design concept for a tablet that serves as both a menu and wireless payment device. It even wirelessly recharges itself as you place it on the tabletop.
While it's not clear exactly how this works, the best scenario would be to give each diner an EPOS-lite, they select their meals from the menu, and then their choices are displayed on a screen in front of the chef. When dinner's done, each person can enter payment info, just like buying something online. No more strangers carrying your credit card back and forth in that goofy payment ritual that takes your credit card out of your sight with its number ending up who-knows-where.
A touchscreen might get a bit smudged at a rib restaurant, but that could be worked out with voice recognition. Imagine bypassing wait staff altogether, being served by robots (or a gravity-powered rail system), and then paying online. It would be downright revolutionary.

KDDI's Concept Cellphone is Half Transformer, Half Musical Box
Japan's KDDI AU Design Project has a fresh batch of concept devices on display in Tokyo. Perhaps the most intriguing of the bunch is a phone called the Box To Play. The sleek concept phone combines a cell phone (with all the normal calling and camera features you'd expect) along with a sort of music device which appears to include a tiny embedded turntable that allows you to scratch the music playing on the phone.
In addition to the music features, the phone also plays with design by transforming into a box with a graphic music interface. Still photos and colorful descriptions simply can't do justice to how cool this phone looks.

INFO Live Portable computer organizer Concept
The INFO Live concept actually crams in a computing device into the form factor of a wristband/bracelet. I suppose with current technology, it could function as a cell phone but woe to you if you want to use this to compose emails - the tiny display would be a pain to use when typing in letters using an extremely small stylus, but ought to be just fine for checking GMail wherever you are. Also, as with most watches on your wrist, the INFO Live will be extremely prone to scratches - hopefully the material used will be scratch resistant.

There is a personal computer concept designed in such a way to be so customizable that each model can be unique, matching users’ different personalities and needs, cultures or passions, that it can be associated with the image of the human DNA.
That’s why it is called the DNA PC, and in addition, the modular concept has also the shape, color and style customizable, but the main components are the projector, the keyboard, the power supply, while the core module connects to all the cube’s faces allowing the user to place it in any position, depending on the needs.
