Word Lens - an interesting application for the iPhone using a virtual reality
Word Lens instantly translates printed words from one language to another using the video camera on your iPhone. No network delay, no roaming fees, and no reception problems.
Word Lens is a dictionary -- evolved. It looks up words for you, and shows them in context. You can use Word Lens on your vacations to translate restaurant menus, street signs, and other things that have clearly printed words.
Word Lens has its limits. Sometimes the translation will be hard to understand, but it usually gets the point across. If a translation fails, there is a way to manually look up words by typing them in. Word Lens does not read very stylized fonts, handwriting, or cursive.

Philips Fidelio Primo DS9000 - Docking Station for iPod and iPhone
Philips has introduced a new docking station Fidelio Primo DS9000, compatible with most iPod models and iPhone. To reproduce the full range of sound used passive crossover, allowing to hear every note. As the producer, managed to achieve pure sound thanks to complex engineering solutions. Every detail of the spectrum of sound frequencies separated and sent to the appropriate converters. Alerts are not sent outside of the frequency response of the converter, which improves the sound quality and reduces distortion. Nuu Mini-key turns iPhone 4 in QWERTY slider keyboard
Apple’s iPhone 4 gets Nuu Mini Key as a physical keypad. This will lead to smoothly entering the inputs. The Mini key phone will attract the users to a large extent. It provides users with access to a backlit physical keyboard that hooks up to the host iPhone 4 via the wonders of Bluetooth.
This phone will add a new chapter in the mobile industry which is again good for this sector. Apple might not have an iPhone 4 with sliding QWERTY keyboard, but that does not mean that special physical keyboard cannot create boom in the market. According to tech blog Engadget, which recently put a prototype Mini Key through its paces, the physical keys are somewhat cumbersome, while the Bluetooth cable connection and added battery drain are an associated annoyance.
While many iPhone 4 owners will find little interest in or use for the Mini-key, the accessory will be appealing to those who like their mobile devices to have "a slide out adjustable hinge" that, for the lack of a better description, transforms your iPhone into a flip phone replete with a physical keyboard, raised letter keys, and backlighting.
For now, this accessory - which has people either drooling or revolting depending on your iDevice preferences - doesn't really exist. The gadget unveiled at IFA in Berlin was simply a prototype.This iPhone 4 would be going up for sale before the end of the year and its price is expected to be $60 USD (around Rs. 2,700).

Taiwan-based PhotoFast is well-known for its range of flash memory and adapters, so its newest product comes as a bit of a surprise. The PhotoFast iPADock is a dock that lets a whole household charge their Apple devices. It can hold Apple products in the following combinations:

Adapter for 2 SIM-cards for iPhone 4
Most cases are designed for the sole purpose of protecting a smartphone from getting scratched. This latest case for the iPhone 4 has a second function. That is to provide an area to hold a pair of SIM cards allowing the iPhone 4 to be used with dual SIM cards rather than a single SIM card.
To get the dual SIM cards connected to the iPhone 4 a ribbon cable is provided that you insert in to the microSIM slot. This then folds around the back of the iPhone 4 to a place where the case holds them in to position.
The adapter provides a way to switch between SIM cards without switching the iPhone 4 off which is handy for times when you want to use more data for example, or switch to a SIM card that has more text messages available.
Prise wise, it costs $28.99 and is available from USB Fever.

What's new
• Front-facing video chat camera
• Improved regular back-camera (the lens is quite noticeably larger than the iPhone 3GS)
• Camera flash
• Micro-SIM instead of standard SIM (like the iPad)
• Improved display. It's unclear if it's the 960x640 display thrown around before—it certainly looks like it, with the "Connect to iTunes" screen displaying much higher resolution than on a 3GS.
• What looks to be a secondary mic for noise cancellation, at the top, next to the headphone jack
• Split buttons for volume
• Power, mute, and volume buttons are all metallic
What's changed
• The back is entirely flat, made of either glass (more likely) or ceramic or shiny plastic in order for the cell signal to poke through. Tapping on the back makes a more hollow and higher pitched sound compared to tapping on the glass on the front/screen, but that could just be the orientation of components inside making for a different sound
• An aluminum border going completely around the outside
• Slightly smaller screen than the 3GS (but seemingly higher resolution)
• Everything is more squared off
• 3 grams heavier
• 16% Larger battery
• Internals components are shrunken, miniaturized and reduced to make room for the larger battery
