BenQ announces ultra thin T60

BenQ just released more information on its T60 cell phone that manages to cram in a 2.2" LCD display at 320 x 240 resolution and a 3.2 megapixel camera into a body that measures just 8.9mm thin. BenQ aims for the T60 to be a fashion handset, which makes perfect sense for its software to include a caller black list function - after all, you can't be seen hanging out with sore losers in the eyes of society whenever you go out, right? Other features include :-

• Integrated FM radio tuner
• 24MB internal memory
• microSD memory card slot
• Support for common audio and video file formats
• Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity

The battery life is very disappointing though, as you get the maximum of 2.5 hours of talk time, while standby time has been rated at 200 hours. Pricing details are still unknown.

Black Box is another concept phone from BenQ-Siemens

Unlike the previous protitipa phone from BenQ-Siemens, white and rounded, the regular black and is codenamed Black Box, speaks for itself. They do not have a keyboard or a button instead of the touch screen display, which appears on the photo in the front panel. The interface seems to be mostly from the different icons than from the text, which makes it virtually universal for the holders of any language.
See whether the phone ever light is not known, a very can be that there is, but you can dream :)
